1-Day Event
Single Day Event:
This one day event is for those not wanting to stay at the Render House overnight. The venue will be available for 12 hours on the day of your wedding for your personnel use.
What's Included:

Wedding ceremony and Reception spaces

Bridal Suite (Located in Main House)

Grooms Suite
-
Use of Restrooms
-
Consultation with wedding coordinator
-
Parking (Can add a parking attendant for $25/hr)

4 Hours for rehearsal during the week prior to wedding

Up to 18 Church Pews for the ceremony

Tables, Chairs, and basic White linens for reception (up to 100 guest)
-
Weddings may add more tables and chairs for an additional charge

Weekend Event:
This package is for use of the Plantation and its facilities for the entire weekend. From Friday at 12pm until Sunday at 12pm.
What's Included:

Use of all Buildings and spaces at The Render House (Main Home, Guest house, Groom’s Suite, back porch fireplace and smoker)

Use of all overnight accommodations

Main Home (2 Kings, 2 Queens, and 1 Full bed)

Guest Cottage (1 King, 1 Queen, and 1 Full bed)

Groom’s Suite (1 pullout sofa bed)

Bed linens and towels for all housing

Wedding ceremony and Reception spaces
